Three days ago we got one of our apps automatically restricted. We immediately replied with with the information requested but there’s been no confirmation or response so far. I asked yesterday for a status update but no response to that email either. Is there any way to log in to some support system to see the status of our ticket? If only just to know that it’s actually in progress and hasn’t got lost in the ether.
The email says “We will not respond to requests to lift restrictions that do not include this information” so I’m unsure if it’s in-progress, being ignored, or lost. It would be really helpful to get some kind of feedback in these requests since it basically breaks our app (and I’m sure it would for many others).
