How to ensure that streaming API returns tweets with keyword combination exactly matching as we requested via streaming API ?

For example, if we request #Car, it should return the tweets having that and not tweets having Car

Unfortunately, twitter is not giving tweets matching exactly the requested keyword combination.

That’s not possible - the track parameter (explained here) doesn’t allow you to do exact matching like that.

Yes, I have noted that besides the examples given in the link given by you, streaming API gives others matches as well.

For example ,

If we have set track word as “#twitter” (without the quotes) it will match ‘twitter’ (without the quotes) as well. This defeats the purpose of tracking hashtags properly.
