How to embed a timeline for multiple twitter users, just like the timeline widget, without having to create a new widget for every new twitter user

I want to create a twitter timeline feed for multiple users on my website. I have seen the widget, and it works great if you want to manually set up each twitter feed. But I want to display a twitter timeline dynamically on my website depending on the username that the end user supplies me. Is this possible?

I am also wondering if there was a way to display a timeline on my website without having the user sign into twitter, as with Oauth.

I guess you never got an answer because I was thinking about doing the same thing.
