How to download time line in excel?

Hello Everyone,
I am not a developer but wanted to download my timeline daily into excel. I have read the timeline helpline and it doesn’t make any sense to me at all. Is there a more user friendly way of dowloading time line or tweets without being a expert in coding ?

For getting your own Tweets into excel the best way would be to use the Tweet Archive feature in your settings page. If you download your archive, there’s a simple comma-separated file included that you can open in Excel without any extra processing.

Thanks for the above update. But i would like to download all the tweets that are on my timeline not just my own tweets. Any suggestions ?
