I wonder if it’s possible to download the file was uploaded to TON repository. I’m not seeing any information here https://dev.twitter.com/rest/ton about downloading the file.
Hoping for a positive response.

In general, no. TON api is only for uploading large files to Twitter and used by Twitter features that require large file(s) input from their clients. Why do you want to read uploaded file?
