How to do my website sublinks are activate to twitter summary card?

I tried to check twitter summary card for my website. and i get output of summary card for my website,but other subpage links are not get summary card so how to do all sublinks get summary card.
And another is the when my link converted to shortner link for using Tweet, but the shortner is not converting to summary card?? Please solve my doubt???

Do you have meta tags with Twitter card markup on each of your subpages?

yes!!! but not confirmed… i am basic technical developer, can you explain the meta tag? and how i get subpage summary card??/

The documentation on Cards is on our developer site. You’ll need to ensure that your pages all have the relevant meta tag markup.
