How to do a search using the 30 days endpoint API

Good morning/evening,
I’m trying to collect some tweets using the 30 days Premium API. I have a premium dev account but when I do my request, I have an error telling me that the acount is not authorized to access this ressource (error 403).

I don’t understand why is my access denied ? Maybe I just don’t write the premium query as I should, so how is a premium query supposed to be built ?
