How to delete the cookies (pid,guest_id) from twitter api using code

I using a module to display the tweets from twitter in Joomla 2.5.6 project. I have a need to remove the cookies from the website using code. I am tried several methods, But i can’t remove the cookies(pid,guest_id). How can i delete this cookies using code ?. Please help me to delete the cookies
