How to create html code for tweets from an account AND a hashtag?

I am unable to figure out how to create html code to embed all tweets from a particular account that use a specific hashtag. I understand that widgets are no longer functional, but publish.twitter.com does not allow me to search for account AND hashtag.

If I search for it manually and land up on a twitter page with the correct tweets, I am unable to find a way to locate the embed code, as was possible earlier.

This is no longer possible using Twitter widgets or publisher tools.

That is indeed a pity since this feature would be useful for a number of people.

All I can do now is to link to a twitter search, like
https://twitter.com/search?src=typd&q=%23HASHTAGNAME%20from%3AUSERNAME

but this display tweets in some random order and not in reverse chronological order. Is there a way to do so? &f=realtime has no effect.
