How to create dynamic hashtag with no data_widget_id

We have a CMS and editors want to be able to add hashtag widgets on the fly, they do not have access to the main website account, they want us to create a solution for them to integrate twitter widgets such as embed a tweet, collection, search and hashtag.

I searched everywhere and I couldn’t find a way to achieve that, please help

For Tweets or Collections, you could use the oembed API.

There’s no way to create a search widget without using the account Settings.
