How to creat a content analyst application

I want to creat an application which collects all tweets that have used a specific hashtags in one place and a searchable manner. Please kindly give me a step-by-step gusidline. I could only manage to pass the first step but I do not know who to procceed with setting up a dev environment and the next steps. I was wondering if there is any guidline for non-tech people available.

• In order to get started, you’ll need to first have an approved developer account

• Once you have an approved developer account, create an Application (App)

• After you’ve created your App, set up a Developer Environment (dev environment)

• For your use case, I recommend trying out our Premium Search API. (With an approved developer account, you also get free sandbox access to the premium APIs.)

Once you have all of the above set up, you’re ready to start running the API call! A lot of developers who use Twitter APIs use Postman to make API calls.
