How to automatically scroll down/up tweets?

Thanks to whoever reads,

So I use the twitter widget for an output lcd screen and it doesn’t automatically scroll it just shows the latest tweet, so my question is how do I make it automatically scroll without me touching a thing?

The widget is a web view so you’ll need to figure out a way to automate that behaviour in the browser on your device.
