How to add Twitter player cards on the Weebly.com platform?

Issue:
Hello, I would like to figure out how to add a play cards based on the Weebly.com platform.

1. I don’t know where to upload my container.html document.
2. When I am going to validate my website, the system showed “Unable to render Card preview” and showed on card validator: *.lanjiang.weebly.com whitelist request for failed
   ERROR: Card validation failed
   URL affected:
   http://lanjiang.weebly.com/the-15th-annual-mercado-de-las-artes.html

Have you discussed with Weebly support? We may not be able to help since this sounds like a closed CMS platform issue.
