How to add tweets directly from your website

#1

Hi, I am looking to add tweets to twitter from our website. We have a news page on the site and evertime we post a news article we would like this to be created as a tweet in our twitter account without having to duplicate and do it manually. Can anyone shed any light on this. Can it be done?

Thanks

Amir

@senDhil_J for the placeholder callback on your application record, use a URL pointing to a non-localhost domain name. It’s preferable for you to point to some representation of your self or application, but it doesn’t really matter as long as you put an accessible valid URL there. When performing OAuth in your application, specify oauth_callback dynamically with your localhost URL.

@general_zia - Twitter itself doesn’t offer functionality to automatically tweet when a post is made on your website. If you’re using a CMS package to power your site, there might be a plugin that provides this functionality for you. Otherwise, you might want to take a look at http://twitterfeed.com or a similar third party provider.
