How to achieve the equivalent of "add more users" to an account

How to programatically achieve the same things than adding more user to a specific ads account.

Basically, I would like to easily allow a user to give us access to his twitter ads account, by just for instance having a single poup requesting “do you allow xxxxx to access to your twitter ads account”? The equivalent for ads than giving access to an application.

I did not see anithing related to this in the API?
