I saw where someone has 3 accounts, I thought only 1 was allowed. I’m trying to report it but I can’t find anywhere on Twitter to do so.

You should have one developer account, with well-described use cases. If you need to authenticate more than one account into an app, you can do so using sign-in with Twitter.

I may be posting in the wrong forum. Is this for Twitter users? I want to report a person having 3 twitter accounts.
