It depends on the type of card. player cards can take a few weeks (generally less, especially if there is no problem with the card), but the other card types are handled automatically so it should be done in under an hour.
Several weeks for a video card, yikes! We will keep our fingers crossed.
Is there a place where we can see it pending or something?
