How long can we use oauth_access_token and oauth_access_secret?

Dear Everybody & Developers,

I have built a rails app tweeting text or photo to twitter. Now, I would like to know that can these keys be expired in the future?
If it does, how long does it can survive?

They said that you have no token also.
