How do you get a tweetId

I am following along with the twitter for website set up ( https://dev.twitter.com/web/javascript/creating-widgets ). There is so much unexplained. I want to create a button that makes a tweet. They ask me to have a tweetId but dont tell me how I can get one. How can I get one? I searched here and only found ppl who have them already.

A Tweet ID is part of a URL you might discover on Twitter.com or copying a URL in the share sheet of the Twitter app on iOS or Android.

Example:
https://twitter.com/twitter/status/688059067714031616

In the example URL above 688059067714031616 is the Tweet ID, authored by a Twitter user identified by the username twitter.
