How do we know when we are accepted for Twitter Cards?

We applied several weeks ago but not sure on the status of our application for Chewsy.com. I see from other threads that people have been contacted directly when they’ve been approved. Unfortunately, we haven’t been directly contacted yet.

We have seen some of the content shared on Twitter does show twitter cards, but not sure if that means we’ve been blanket approved for everything we requested or not. How do we get status on our application?

We send confirmation emails in batch (and we are overdue to send the next batch) but I can confirm that Twitter Cards are enabled for your site, just did a quick test - http://awesomescreenshot.com/026faaua0
