How do i use twitter4j to get tweet text and insert into my database

Hi :

My project is related to twitter and i found this api. My question is i want to analyse a public twitter page ( say AT&T) and get the twitter text information from that page. how do i do this? i followed the twitter4j examples using the consumer key/secret/ access token but it returns my account information. I want to get other accounts information. How to achieve that?
