I want every time I post a story in my blog via a form which I will code myself, the link of the story’s webpage is tweeted on my Twitter account automatically. Where can I get the code to tweet on my acccount?

Depends what kind of blog you’re using. I’m afraid this is very specific to what you’re using on your site. For example, on my own Wordpress blog, I’m able to configure what gets shared to Twitter via the “Publicize” settings. You’ll have to research what works for your own site.
