I’d like to collect and analyze tweets from 2017-2019. How do I set up a premium full archive search?

I’d suggest trying to run https://github.com/twitterdev/search-tweets-python this as a command line tool initially to make sure you have everything in order.

Also I’d use the 30day endpoint for testing initially because it has more calls than the more expensive fullarchive endpoint (the APIs are the same)
