How do I restore access to Twitter Ads and Analytics?



I work at @washingtonian, a print publication in Washington DC. Recently our Twitter analytics and ads accounts began showing the dread “Ineligible” message, and we have no idea why. I’ve read the FAQ here and reached out to Twitter Ads Support, and am stuck in the loop of “We’ve reviewed and confirmed the ineligibility decision” with them. Nobody will tell us what policy we violated, when, or where. How can we get our access restored?
