How do I override or append to the @anywhere TweetBox status text to add an URL or hashtag?

Hello!
Im trying to figure out a way to override or append to the status a user types into a @Anywhere Tweetbox
to add to the end “via http://someurl.com” or even to prepend at “@me”.

Is this at all possible?
