I have a question on how to interpret the statement below in Developer Agreement and Policy:
“You may not develop, create, or offer commercial services using the Twitter API or Twitter Content that measure, analyze, or attempt to identify behaviors or content which violate Twitter policies without express written permission from Twitter.”
Q. Which of the below does the statement above mean?
(a) I can use API to build a tool for measuring/analyzing contents posted on Twitter but I must exclude contents that violate Twitter policies, or
(b) I cannot use API to build a tool for measuring/analyzing contents posted on Twitter whatsoever
