How do I get technical support for the REST API?



I think, but I can’t tell for sure, that my IP has been blocked from the API. I’m on a shared host so this affects others as well. I’ve contacted Twitter support, who say they don’t provide support for the API. The FAQ at says I should post on the discussion forum. I’ve done that at but had no replies.

What is the procedure for getting support in this case? Is there any other way of a) confirming that my IP has been blocked, b) finding out why, and c) getting unblocked?
