How do I filter LIVE tweets from response of 'statuses/user_timeline.json' API?

I am pulling the ‘statuses/user_timeline.json’ of public users. where I getting the all tweets response,
But I am looking to filter only LIVE tweets from them.

So do you have any idea that how to filter only LIVE tweets?
