How do I count the number of retweets a user has made?

First of all I DON’T mean, “I want to know who all has retweeted my tweet.”

I need to know how many times a user has retweeted some other tweets.

Afterwords, I need to find the ratio of user’s no. of tweets to retweets he has made.
