How do Delegators of OAuth Echo know the Consumer names and URL?

OAuth Echo Delegators like TwitPic show the Consumer’s name and URL for each tweet on their web pages, but I can’t find how they know the information.
Through usual OAuth Echo process, I think, Delegetors can only get representations of the requesting users with verify_credentials method.
How are they doing that?

While they do receive the consumer key for the application sending the request (it’s part of the authorization header they need to send to the service provider), that’s likely not pertinent information for what you’re seeing. More likely they use a streaming or REST API to monitor links posted on their domain and match after the fact.
