How can you use the twitter button to pre-popoulate @ & hashtag, but also allow user to upload picture?

I want to use the Twitter button for a contest to allow a user to click from my site and have their tweet pre-populate the @ recommended & hashtag, but still allow them the option to upload a picture at the same time. Is this possible. It seems the photo upload is not a default option, & I wanted to see if their was any custom scripting I could add to enable this.

Sorry, we currently do not support image uploading on the tweet button or web intents.
