Most (if not all) YouTube pages have player cards specified. I’ve just tried Tweeting out a random YouTube video, and a player card shows (as you’ve got in example 2 in your screenshot). It looks like the card in the first example is also now showing up in your timeline. This could have just been a temporary glitch. YouTube’s integration is on their side / built into their site, so there’s nothing we can do other than honour the player card tags included in their pages.
