How can we send a DM to @support?

We have some questions to Twitter but there’s no appropriate section on support.twitter.com. Twitter developer team suggests us to contact to @Support via DM. but we cannot send a DM to @Support. Does anyone know how can we send a DM to @Support??

For developer questions that you cannot use the forums for, you can raise a ticket with Platform Operations via our forms.

For other queries you’ll need to Tweet @Support or use one of the categories on support.twitter.com.
