How can we identify and pull Flexible Audiences in a customer's account so they can select them when creating a new campaign?

We are having difficulty finding API documentation that tells us how to identify Flexible Audiences in a customer’s account. We want to build support in our application that enables a user to select a Flexible Audience that they have already built for targeting in a new campaign. Can you share what parameters we should look for in this case?
