How can I search for Twitter apps?

I tried to create a twitter app, and it told me that there was already created with the name I was using. As the name was pretty unique, I believe I created it before when I was testing my dev website. However, there are no apps under my current account, and I can’t figure out what account/email I used to create this app. Is there a way to search for the apps so that I can figure out if/when I created this already and retrieve the settings or cancel the app?

There is no way to search against the database of registered application names at this time. I would recommend trying to recover control of your former account.
