How can I recognize the tweets of twitter alerts with twitter api?

Hi!

I am an academic research developer. I noticed that Twitter had announced Twitter Alert on September, 25.
I have created a platform with Twitter API (use both Streaming API and REST API). How could I recognize the messages that were marked as alert?

Such accounts and tweets are not currently marked in the public API, but I would not be surprised if they will be in the future.
