How can I move a deployed app to a different developer account?

I have an issue where I have an application, that belongs to a company I no longer work for, associated with my account. How can I migrate that application to the company who should rightfully own it?

Thanks. A follow up, but not unrelated question… what if a company wants to get an app from a developer whom they no longer employ? Can they initiate it?

I can explain in more detail in a less public forum if that makes sense…

That (ex-)employee would have to initiate the process, so the company would have to get in contact with that ex-employee to work out the transfer.
