I got an issue about Twitter Ads API is: “This application cannot authenticate more users at this time”
So I want to know list up the users of my app.

You can get more tokens by demoing your integration with us at t.co/meeting. Can you share what your app ID is?

I know that I need send a demo, I will.
But, I just authenticated to 3/5 users now, so I want to know the list of users are authenticated to this app, and how can I remove a unwanted users?

Authenticated users can remove themselves from the app via https://twitter.com/settings/applications. There is no way for the application to remove access.

I have tried to revoke the access token, but it’s not sync, I still got error: This application cannot authenticate more users at this time. Maybe no way!
