How can I have the twitter authorization page to ask for login and password?

When I call the twitter authorization page for the first time, it asks me for the login and password. If I call it again, it comes up with the session when I logged in the first time. If I want to login as a different user I have to physically sign out at the top of the page. How can I do that programmatically?

When you link people to the OAuth screen, include force_login=1 if you expect them to sign in as a different user. (See: [node:36].)
