How can I get the link click count?

I’ve the tweet’s with the text of link also. Is there any way to get the information how many of them clicked the link?

For eg:
Tweet with link
Ruby 2.2 GC … Good read…

Want to find how many of them clicked the link using API.

If the links are all bit.ly links, you can use the bit.ly api to track clicks http://dev.bitly.com/link_metrics.html
