How can i get data_widget_id in dynamically on user basis at the time of login with twitter from my site

I want to implement a embedded tweets in my site.In this case I have completed successfully login with twitter but not get widget id. so how can i get it dynamically on user basis I mean each user login will gets separate widget id.

This is not currently possible with the widgets. Users create their own widgets, they belong to them, and there’s no way to create them on behalf of the user.
