How can I get an Access Token and Access Secret?

Hello, I did not get an Access Token and Access Secret after I created my first application, so I am unable to get OAuth Signature. Can you please tell me where to look for it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to make use of Streaming APIs (Public Stream), can you please tell me how to get an Access Token and Access Secret, also a OAuth verifier PIN?
I need to pull public tweets for analyzing social trends for my research project.
