Continuing the discussion from How can I extend width of Twitter Timeline to 100% page size?:
I’m not sure if I’m doing the right thing here - but I’ve not been offered the Usual Reply button on the forum we’ve been communicating on (How can I extend width of Twitter Timeline to 100% page size?)
It says it was closed the moment you sent your last message 12 hrs ago. So I’ve had to use Reply as linked Topic instead.
Thanks for getting back to me.
I haven’t forgotten to add the script tags.
This is what I put in header.php after the tag:
I’ve also checked to make sure there are no mentions of twitter-widget-0 in the files, style sheet or database.
And, just to be absolutely sure, I’ve once again created a fresh WordPress install running TwentyThirteen theme with no added plugins. As before, I pasted Twitter’s own timeline code onto the Wordpress page and checked that it displayed OK. It did - but, of course, only 520px wide. Then I added your jquery to header.php (as above) and your iframe css code to the bottom of style.css. Result: no difference. Timeline still 520px wide.
Are you able to get your code to work on a WordPress site?
