After my application, I received an e-mail like this.
Because of the names of the students are not published on the website of the institution where I am a student, I have shared just my official documents with Twitter.
I sent my google scholar account (which is just verified with my student e-mail), student certificate and transcript of records.
But I got the same email again. How can I solve this problem. My name is not written in university website.
You may be better off getting your supervisor or professor to register for the academic access account - maybe this will help Twitter Developer Access - twarc
The approval is somewhat inflexible without having a public, easily identifiable profile.
