How can I distribute my application to new customers?

My application analyzes content using machine learning and other tools for advanced insight in specific markets and industries. The software is distributed to my customers and they run it on their hardware. In the past I had them create an application to obtain keys and tokens. The ability to easily obtain keys and tokens has has changed, and I understand why. How should I deal with authorization in the future? Have them use my account and distribute new keys each time or have everyone use the same set of keys.

I’ve seen others with similar questions. But the answer is unclear. Also, my app is read only. Like many others, I am awaiting approval for my application.

You should have your clients use the Sign in with Twitter process to authorize your existing app to access information on behalf of these clients. You can manage your existing app via apps.twitter.com or, since you’ve applied for a developer account, via the app management page on developer.twitter.com.

If you do follow through with the above, make sure that your app permissions are set appropriately.

Hi Thanks for the response. That makes sense, I’ll certainly have some refactoring to do.
I use the following endpoints. Can you confirm that these will continue to be available at the standard level?

statuses/user_timeline
users/lookup
users/show
friends/ids
