How can i customize twitter moments same as twitter timeline - header and footer?

Twitter publish tools allow, using parameters, to no header, no footer and no scroll. How ever, when u try to embed moment in order to narrow the tweets (hence u cant use hashtag for that purpose anymore), these options do not exist and the embed code is very large and not elegant

Any solutions ?
