Is there any chance Twitter can change the empty timeline message string to something a little less “weird” and a little more classy? Like - “No Tweets posted at this time.” or similar.

while I try to make a widget from a hastag search (#twitterpoeet, in language: nl ) the timeline stays empty untillI I uncheck the safe-mode! Why is that? But unchecking leads not to a widget that shows that timeline in my website.
If I make en widget from the timeline of the user @Rederijkersverb then such a problem doesn’t occur
