We have GNIP historical PowerTrack account with the name Meltwater
We are unable to accept any new jobs from last Friday and here is the error that we are getting -"{“status”:“error”,“reason”:“Allowed days would be exceeded for current month by 103 day(s).”}"
We tried to make the call with different users and still getting the same error, call below

From the usage API, we can see we used 5072 historicalPowerTrackDays. If this already exceeded our day’s Quota, could you please help us to understand the limits applied for our account?
Example

  • How many historicalPowerTrackDays per day & month?
  • For the documentation we know we know there is 30 jobs per user per day limit, is there any monthly limit per account/user level?
  • Once we exceed the limits, when will it reset?
