Can you please advice, what access we need for this.

We have applied for Beta access to API and waiting for 2 months now in Waiting list.



The Direct Message APIs are generally available and are documented here. This provides everything you need to get started.

For the real-time Account Activity API, there are instructions on how to apply for access for the beta here. We are unable to provide information on potential waiting times at the moment.
