Help with player card needed

I have the following player card that I am trying to get approved.

The card validator indicates that this is a valid card. However, I received a rejected notice saying that it does not play on twitter.com, Twitter for iPhone and Twitter for Android and I am not sure why. I am able to play this URL without an issue.

Any help is appreciated.
